My name is Jeffrey Jemmott and I am currently working towards my Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. I also work full time as an IT support analyst for Interstate Batteries and Club Corp. At these companies, I provide technical support to customers as well as well as support for employees. I am tasked with maintaining and assigning tasks to fellow IT support technicians and managing escalations. 

Technology is a big part of our current society and it interest me because of it. There is always a new challenge and skills can be applied in other fields. So I plan to transition into the Cyber Security field, to learn how to protect companies from hackers. Technology changes drastically every 5 years and I will continue to learn so that I can succeed in my career.
